A guarantee of authenticity is issued with each signed item (e.g. letters, prints & photos). If anything sold by Collectors' Post Ltd is proved not to be authentic, we will make a FULL refund, including the charge made for shipping the item to the client and the cost of the item's return. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped. Advance notice that the item is being returned should be sent to Collectors' Post Ltd by email or fax (+39 0737 632230).

The item must be returned at the purchaser's expense in the same condition as it was originally shipped and must be insured for the full price paid for the item.
