that offer both a guarantee of authenticity and a sensible return policy.
Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity
A guarantee of authenticity is issued with each signed item (e.g. letters, prints & photos). If anything sold by Collectors'
Post Ltd is proved not to be authentic, we will make a FULL refund, including the charge made for shipping the item to the
client and the cost of the item's return. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped. Advance
notice that the item is being returned should be sent to Collectors' Post Ltd by email or fax
(+39 0737 632230).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 48 hours of receipt and Collectors'
Post will pay a FULL refund of the purchase price but excluding all costs of shipping. Information that the goods are going to
be returned must be sent by to Collectors' Post Ltd email or fax (+39 0737 632230) within the 48 hours
of receipt of the goods. The item must be returned at the purchaser's expense in the same condition as it was originally shipped
and must be insured for the full price paid for the item.
