How do I find out what is happening to my order?
You can access information about all your orders when you log-in to your account by checking "View My Account Details" and then "Full Account Details". There, you will find all the orders you have made, the most recent being displayed first. Listed is the number and date of the order, the name of the seller, the title and cost of each item purchased.

If an order you have just made is not listed, something may have gone wrong. Just in case, first check your shopping basket to see if you finished sending your order.

Once I've placed an order, can I cancel it?
No, it isn't possible. Once you have successfully placed your order, the payment has been debited from your credit-card account and the items you have purchased have been removed from the database so that other CollectorsPost.com members can no longer purchase them.
